You are an experienced sales professional with a strong track record in building distribution structures – and you are looking for a role where you can shape a region rather than simply administer it. In this position, you take entrepreneurial responsibility for the strategic and operational development of Central and Southeast Europe, build your own team, and report directly to senior management.
Our client – a specialist in construction chemical products
Our client is an internationally operating manufacturer of construction chemical products, distributed via both three-tier and two-tier distribution channels across Europe. The company holds a strong position in its core markets and is now systematically expanding its presence in Central and Southeast Europe.
Your responsibilities – operationally strong, strategically forward-looking
- Conducting country-specific market and competitor analyses and deriving tailored market approaches for the individual countries in the region
- Implementing the overall sales and market strategy on a regional level
- Defining product range and pricing policy for the region
- Building and leading a small team to ensure adequate support for customers across Central and Southeast Europe
- Personally acquiring and managing key accounts
What you should bring
- A completed degree in business administration or a technical discipline; relevant professional experience and the right personality matter more to us than a specific academic background
- Several years of leadership and sales experience with construction chemical products
- Excellent command of English; any additional language is an advantage
- A polished, professional demeanor combined with diplomatic negotiation skills, assertiveness and a high degree of initiative
- An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine motivation to take on structured, hands-on development work
